Holistic application

Submission of holistic application: Begin your journey with us by submitting your holistic application. This should include a comprehensive CV detailing your professional and educational background, a cover letter that specifically highlights your interest and qualifications for the position, and all relevant transcripts. These requirements provide us with an overview of your capabilities and allows us to better understand your potential fit within our organization. We encourage you to be thorough and accurate in this step, as it forms the basis of our initial screening process.

Video Interview

After a thorough review of your application, shortlisted candidates will proceed to the next phase: the video interview. This will be a chance for you to connect with us face-to- face in a virtual environment, where we’ll delve deeper into your experience, skills, and aspirations. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any initial questions you may have about working with us.

On-Site Interviews and Problem Solving Test (PST)

Should you progress to the final step, we welcome you to join us on-site for a more extensive interview process. Depending on the role, this will include a version of our written test, the BUOYANCY AEROSPACE PST, to assess your technical knowledge and/or problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, you’ll have the opportunity to meet some of your potential future colleagues—a chance to get a feel for our company culture and the environment you could be a part of. This step is not only about us getting to know you better, but also about you making sure we are the right fit for you. It’s about envisioning yourself as part of our team and seeing firsthand the impact you can make in our organization.
